Lines

The Lines page is located at Projects > Telephony Activity > .

The Lines page displays a table with details about all the phone lines available on the telephony server(s). During a call, the dialer uses one line to connect to the interviewer, which stays open for the entire duration of the session with that interviewer, and a second line to connect the interviewer to the respondent. Since the lines are shared between all projects, no filters are available on this page to search by a particular project.

Statistic Definition
Line Number The line number.
Line Status The line status.
Last Dial Result The result of the previous call that was made on the line.
Phone Number The phone number or extension that was dialed during the current call on the line.
Station Number The workstation of the agent on the call.
Agent Name The name of the agent on the call.

Module Name

The name of the module for which the call was made.

Elapsed Time

The length of time that the line has had the current status.

Total Calls

The total number of calls made on the line.
